Gordon Gordey

Gordon has been on AUDA’s board for 11 years and is currently our Treasurer. He was the Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officer for Ukrainian Shumka Dancers for 12 years! Within his time at Shumka, Gordon conceived 25 original dance works which have been toured across Canada, Ukraine and over 20 cities in China. His works set a benchmark for Ukrainian dance in Canada. Gordon currently serves the Ukrainian Canadian community as a National Board Member of the Ukrainian Canadian Foundation of Taras Shevchenko.
